HR Executive

· Must have good communication skills.

· Responsible for finding potential employees for the company.

· Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.

· Recruiting and interviewing skills. Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.

· Phone, and online meeting platform skills

· Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and the hiring manager.

· Negotiating job offers with the candidates.

· Other general HR activities required for the Day to Day operations.

· Knowledge in Social Media Optimization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
