Job Summary
The HR Executive (Hospital) is responsible for managing HR operations within a healthcare environment, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and staff coordination. The role ensures smooth HR functioning while supporting hospital workforce needs and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding (Hospital Staff)
- Source, screen, and hire medical, nursing, paramedical, and non-medical staff.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads (Doctors, Nursing Superintendent, Admin, etc.).
- Prepare job descriptions for clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Manage onboarding, credential verification, medical fitness checks, and orientation.
2. Payroll Management
- Collect and verify duty rosters, shift schedules (day/night), and attendance.
- Process monthly payroll including overtime, night shift allowances, incentives, and emergency duty payments.
- Coordinate with accounts for timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
- Address employee salary, deduction, and leave queries.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records, ID cards, certifications, licenses, and renewal data.
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, and experience letters.
- Manage leave records, duty rosters, and manpower allocation based on hospital needs.
- Support hospital audits (NABH/JCI) with HR documentation.
4. Employee Relations
- Handle staff grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between management and clinical departments.
- Support employee welfare programs, medical camps, and staff engagement activities.
5. Performance Management
- Assist in appraisals for nursing, medical, and administrative departments.
- Coordinate probation reviews and department-specific performance evaluations.
6. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital-specific regulations.
- Maintain mandatory HR documentation for NABH/NABL and other healthcare standards.
- Update and implement HR and hospital policies.
7. Training & Development
- Coordinate clinical and non-clinical training programs (BLS, infection control, fire safety, etc.).
- Track mandatory training compliance for all employees.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
