Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and proactive HR Executives through direct walk-in interviews. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start or restart their career in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge or experience in handling job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Ability to coordinate and interact effectively with clients
• Good multitasking and time management abilities
• Willingness to manage follow-up calls, emails, and multiple vacancies

Roles & Responsibilities

• Posting job openings and sourcing candidates through various job portals
• Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Coordinating with clients for feedback and hiring updates
• Maintaining candidate databases, trackers, and follow-up records
• Supporting onboarding processes and basic HR operations
• Ensuring smooth communication between candidates and clients

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
