Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
  • Coordinating with hiring managers for requirements
  • Employee Onboarding & Documentation
  • Collecting and verifying documents
  • Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards
  • Attendance & Leave Management
  • Maintaining attendance registers
  • Monitoring leave records and updating in HRMS/Excel
  • Payroll Support
  • Assisting in salary preparation, deductions, and compliance
  • HR Compliance
  • Maintaining employee records, PF/ESI documentation
  • Supporting statutory compliance
  • Employee Engagement
  • Conducting induction programs
  • Planning employee activities and feedback sessions
  • Exit Management
  • Handling resignations, clearance, handover, and F&F process
  • Administrative Support
  • Vendor coordination
  • Maintaining office supplies, stationery, and asset records

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi & local language)
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic HR concepts (recruitment, payroll, compliance)
  • Time management & multitasking
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Team coordination

Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Com/BA/B.Sc)
  • MBA in HR is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,928.66 - ₹25,927.90 per month
