Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Selection
- Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Coordinating with hiring managers for requirements
- Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Collecting and verifying documents
- Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards
- Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintaining attendance registers
- Monitoring leave records and updating in HRMS/Excel
- Payroll Support
- Assisting in salary preparation, deductions, and compliance
- HR Compliance
- Maintaining employee records, PF/ESI documentation
- Supporting statutory compliance
- Employee Engagement
- Conducting induction programs
- Planning employee activities and feedback sessions
- Exit Management
- Handling resignations, clearance, handover, and F&F process
- Administrative Support
- Vendor coordination
- Maintaining office supplies, stationery, and asset records
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi & local language)
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic HR concepts (recruitment, payroll, compliance)
- Time management & multitasking
- Problem-solving ability
- Team coordination
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Com/BA/B.Sc)
- MBA in HR is an added advantage

Pay: ₹9,928.66 - ₹25,927.90 per month
