Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including document collection, induction sessions, and employee setup.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • HR Operations & Documentation
  • Manage employee records, maintain HRIS data, and update personnel files.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, experience certificates, etc.).
  • Support attendance and leave management processes.
  • Employee Engagement & Communication
  • Organize employee engagement events, celebrations, and internal communication activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide timely support.
  • Payroll & Compliance Support
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance data and verifying employee information.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for insurance, background verification, etc.
