Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities including document collection, induction sessions, and employee setup.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- HR Operations & Documentation
- Manage employee records, maintain HRIS data, and update personnel files.
- Prepare HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, experience certificates, etc.).
- Support attendance and leave management processes.
- Employee Engagement & Communication
- Organize employee engagement events, celebrations, and internal communication activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide timely support.
- Payroll & Compliance Support
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance data and verifying employee information.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors for insurance, background verification, etc.
