Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll management, statutory compliance, employee relations, and coordination with government departments. The role requires strong knowledge of labour laws, factory compliances, and HR documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and documentation for new employees.
  • Maintain employee master data and HR records.

2. Payroll & Attendance Management

  • Oversee monthly payroll processing and maintain accuracy of attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift data.
  • Manage salary structure, revisions, arrears, and full-and-final settlements.

3. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure timely compliance under ESIC, EPF, PT, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and Factory Act.
  • Prepare and file monthly/annual statutory returns.
  • Coordinate with labour department and other statutory bodies.

4. HR Policies & Documentation

  • Maintain HR policies, SOPs, HRIS data, and communication records.
  • Issue letters such as appointment, warning, increment, transfer, and termination letters.
  • Handle employee queries and maintain grievance redressal documentation.

5. Employee Relations & Administration

  • Manage employee engagement, discipline, and welfare activities.
  • Support management in administrative functions—canteen, housekeeping, uniforms, etc.
  • Conduct regular workplace compliance audits and maintain registers.

6. Coordination with Compliance Departments

  • Assist in dealing with Pollution Control Board documentation, renewals, and inspections (if applicable for plant operations).
  • Coordinate with safety, environment, and operations teams for compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • 5–7 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or steel plant.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software (Tally/HRMS), MS Excel, and compliance portals (EPFO, ESIC).
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labour laws, and documentation.
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
