Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive who can manage recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement for our manufacturing setup. Experience in injection molding, tool rooms, or engineering companies is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor, tool room, QC, production, and administrative roles
• Handle onboarding, induction, and HR documentation
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and coordinate with finance for payroll
• Ensure factory HR compliance: ESI, PF, labor laws, contractors, safety records
• Coordinate training programs for operators, mold makers, and technicians
• Implement HR policies for manufacturing environment
• Conduct employee engagement activities and grievance handling
• Support manpower planning for molding and tooling departments
• Assist in performance appraisal processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
• 1–4 years of HR experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Understanding of factory HR operations and statutory compliance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRMS tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
