Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Role)

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, selection).
  • Manage job postings, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain candidate database and follow up with shortlisted candidates.

2. Training & Development (Basic Level)

  • Assist in planning and conducting basic induction and training sessions.
  • Support in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.

3. HR Operations & Joining Formalities

  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure smooth induction.

4. Legal Compliance

  • Support HR team in maintaining statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws).
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.

5. Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Maintain good communication with employees and support HR activities.
  • Assist in grievance handling and day-to-day HR operations
