Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, payroll, and compliance at Ritanshi Steel Processors Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have hands-on recruitment experience, knowledge of labour laws, and strong interpersonal skills to support employee growth and workplace efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and office roles — from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate manpower planning based on production and operational requirements.
- Ensure proper induction and orientation for new employees.
- Employee Relations & Retention
- Maintain healthy relations between management and employees.
- Address grievances, absenteeism, and workplace discipline issues.
- Conduct one-on-one discussions to identify and reduce attrition causes.
- Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and organize technical and safety training programs for plant staff.
- Support career development initiatives to improve productivity and employee morale.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure timely processing of wages/salaries as per industry standards.
- Maintain records for overtime, incentives, and statutory deductions.
- HR Compliance & Administration
- Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Gratuity, etc.).
- Maintain employee files, HR MIS, and statutory registers as per labour laws.
- Coordinate with local authorities for inspections and compliance documentation.
- Career Development & Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes for staff and workers.
- Assist in setting KPIs and tracking individual and departmental performance.
- Policy Implementation & Discipline
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures at the plant level.
- Ensure fair and transparent disciplinary processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of the Factory Act, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
