Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, payroll, and compliance at Ritanshi Steel Processors Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have hands-on recruitment experience, knowledge of labour laws, and strong interpersonal skills to support employee growth and workplace efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and office roles — from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Coordinate manpower planning based on production and operational requirements.
  • Ensure proper induction and orientation for new employees.
  • Employee Relations & Retention
  • Maintain healthy relations between management and employees.
  • Address grievances, absenteeism, and workplace discipline issues.
  • Conduct one-on-one discussions to identify and reduce attrition causes.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify skill gaps and organize technical and safety training programs for plant staff.
  • Support career development initiatives to improve productivity and employee morale.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure timely processing of wages/salaries as per industry standards.
  • Maintain records for overtime, incentives, and statutory deductions.
  • HR Compliance & Administration
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain employee files, HR MIS, and statutory registers as per labour laws.
  • Coordinate with local authorities for inspections and compliance documentation.
  • Career Development & Performance Management
  • Support performance appraisal processes for staff and workers.
  • Assist in setting KPIs and tracking individual and departmental performance.
  • Policy Implementation & Discipline
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures at the plant level.
  • Ensure fair and transparent disciplinary processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.
  • Hands-on experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of the Factory Act, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
