Responsibilities

  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Recruit potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, facebook etc)
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Look out for new hires and help them onboard Requirements
  • Induction programme for employee providing information with company details, policies, unit level Introduction.
  • Forming out documentation kit for the new joinee with all the requirement as per the company policy and opening bank account for the new joinee
  • Handling all the employee engagement activity
  • Record mainting of Inventory and distributing all the needed inventory to new joinee ( Dairies,phone,laptops,uniform,batches,etc)
  • Keeping record of active and non-active employee with enabling/disabiling fitness force software IDs.
  • Checking out the for the resignation given by the employee as per the company policy
  • Look out for the retention process
  • Making sure that the Handover process are smoothly done with submitting of all the company assests
  • Handing out the appointment and confirmation letter to the employee
  • Handing out the reliving and experience letter to the employee

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
