Responsibilities
- Design and update job descriptions
- Recruit potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, facebook etc)
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Look out for new hires and help them onboard Requirements
- Induction programme for employee providing information with company details, policies, unit level Introduction.
- Forming out documentation kit for the new joinee with all the requirement as per the company policy and opening bank account for the new joinee
- Handling all the employee engagement activity
- Record mainting of Inventory and distributing all the needed inventory to new joinee ( Dairies,phone,laptops,uniform,batches,etc)
- Keeping record of active and non-active employee with enabling/disabiling fitness force software IDs.
- Checking out the for the resignation given by the employee as per the company policy
- Look out for the retention process
- Making sure that the Handover process are smoothly done with submitting of all the company assests
- Handing out the appointment and confirmation letter to the employee
- Handing out the reliving and experience letter to the employee

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
