Silver Lady is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated HR executive to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding of staff

• Attendance, payroll, and leave management

• Training & performance evaluation

• Employee engagement & team handling

• HR documentation, policies & compliance

• Conflict resolution & grievance handling

• Maintaining a positive workplace culture

Requirements

• Experience in HR (retail background)

• Excellent communication & organisational skills

• Ability to multitask and handle store-level HR needs

• Female candidates preferred (as per brand requirement)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
