Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
  • Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, and induction formalities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR database.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Assist in performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with labor laws.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–1.5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
