Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings and reviewing resumes.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Assist in maintaining employee records.
• Maintain and update HR databases and records.
• Assist in handling employee inquiries and requests.
• Contribute to the resolution of basic employee issues.

Desired Qualities:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; a good presenter
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, challenging, and fast-moving growth environment
• Self-motivated, results-orientated, proactive, and reliable
• Demonstrates high energy with a passion for success and commitment.

Qualification: Bachelor's or a master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Basic Details:

Job Location- Thane
Work mode - Work from office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
