Job Title: HR Executive

Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist and recruitment

Location: Surat

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll
  • Assist in policy implementation, and HR compliance.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events.
  • Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts and support the performance management process.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Manage job postings on job portals
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and offer letters.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices align with stringent workplace safety regulations common in manufacturing environments.
  • Leverage data and HR metrics to analyze workforce trends, identify potential issues, and make informed recommendations to improve HR strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Implementation Understanding and of HR policies, labour laws, and HR documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
