Job Summary:
Truckrr, a Technology Startup, which disturbs the existing way of truck owners operations and expenses, looking for energetic professionals to handle complete HR and Admin Activities.

Eligibility: MBA HR or MSW, Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT & ITES Recruitment, HR Management, and Admin Activities.

Gender: Male or Female

Roles & Receptibilities:

  • Preparing and Updating HR Policies
  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Completing pre joining formalities and paperwork for new hires.
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
  • Induction of manpower
  • Attendance and payroll process.
  • Salary, PF, and other statutory compliance, and coordinate with finance team.
  • Exit process management
  • Training and coordination
  • Employee engagement activities
  • Handling employee grievances.

Mode: Work From Office, Chennai, Thuraipakkam.
