- Prepare Bond/Leave form/Employee joining form/HR policies.
- Managing confidential details of company
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, such as applicant tracking systems and sourcing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
