Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for voice/non-voice and back-office roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle onboarding formalities including offer letters, documentation, and induction.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and reward programs.
- Support employee retention initiatives and reduce attrition.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and process attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Manage exit formalities including F&F settlements and exit interviews.
4. Performance Management
- Assist in setting up KPIs and performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate reviews, track progress, and support managers with evaluation processes.
5. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and BPO industry standards.
- Update HR policies as per latest regulations and organizational changes.

- Knowledge of HR best practices and statutory compliance
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, ATS, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in HR (preferably in a BPO or ITES environment)
