Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for voice/non-voice and back-office roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Handle onboarding formalities including offer letters, documentation, and induction.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and reward programs.
  • Support employee retention initiatives and reduce attrition.

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare and process attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
  • Manage exit formalities including F&F settlements and exit interviews.

4. Performance Management

  • Assist in setting up KPIs and performance appraisal systems.
  • Coordinate reviews, track progress, and support managers with evaluation processes.

5. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and BPO industry standards.
  • Update HR policies as per latest regulations and organizational changes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and statutory compliance
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, ATS, etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR (preferably in a BPO or ITES environment)
