Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR operations and contribute to building a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, performance processes, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation including employee records, HR policies, and attendance.
  • Support payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of required data.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and maintain a healthy workplace environment.
  • Assist in performance management processes and periodic reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and hiring requirements.
  • Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and regular updates for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment tools, and HRMS software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT/tech recruitment.
  • Understanding of labor laws and compliance practices.
  • Experience in conducting HR training or engagement programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,232.57 - ₹25,000.00 per month
