Job description:

  • Recruitment: Managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.
  • Create and post job descriptions: Write compelling job descriptions and advertise them on job boards, social media, and company websites.
  • Source candidates: Actively search for qualified candidates through professional networks, job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Coordinate interviews: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and the hiring team
  • Manage the hiring process: Maintain candidate records in an applicant tracking system, track the progress of candidates, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Onboarding: Handling the orientation of new employees to help them integrate into the company.
  • Policy development: Creating, updating, and implementing HR policies and ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  • Payroll and benefits: Administering compensation, payroll, and employee benefit packages like health insurance and retirement plans

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
