Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
• Manage attendance, leaves, and assist in payroll coordination
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and internal events
• Support in enforcing HR policies and ensuring labor law compliance
• Respond to employee queries and provide HR-related support
• Help facilitate performance evaluations and appraisals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred (internship experience is acceptable)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information confidentially
• A people-person with a positive and professional attitude

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
