Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive & Admin to manage end-to-end HR operations along with office administration. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR) Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management system.
- Handle payroll inputs, monthly salary processing coordination, and statutory compliance support.
- Draft HR policies, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Handle grievance management and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and purchase requirements.
- Maintain records for housekeeping, IT coordination, security, and other support functions.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and address administrative issues promptly.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR and admin roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, MS Office, and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
