Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and performance evaluation systems.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and development programs.
- Address employee queries and act as a liaison between staff and management.
- Support organizational change, HR projects, and workforce planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably 10 years.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
