Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and assist with day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing administrative functions such as employee attendance and coordinating with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Hiring:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
  • Conduct initial screening and first round of interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate second-round interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

HR Coordination & Administration:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower needs and interview feedback
  • Maintain employee attendance records and update HR systems accordingly
  • Support new hire onboarding and documentation
  • Assist with drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documents
  • Handle employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments as needed

Other Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and company procedures
  • Participate in HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and performance review cycles
  • Handle any other tasks as assigned by the management or HR department

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
