About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and tech-friendly HR Executive who loves making HR processes smoother, faster, and smarter. If you enjoy working with people as much as you enjoy streamlining workflows, this role is for you!

You’ll play a key role in improving our HR systems—from onboarding and time tracking to payroll automation and performance management—while also contributing to a fun, engaging, and supportive team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing1-- Automate & Optimize HR Processes

• Manage automated attendance, time tracking, and weekly hour reporting.
• Build smooth and friendly onboarding workflows that make new hires feel instantly at home.
• Support payroll automation by syncing data from time logs and leave systems.
• Maintain automated leave management for easy requests and approvals. Performance & Growth Systems
• Run automated performance appraisal cycles with reminders, goal tracking, and feedback workflows.
• Help managers use the system effectively for evaluations.

2-- Talent & Predictive Insights

• Use analytics to support hiring decisions, identify skill gaps, and improve recruitment outcomes.

3-- Team Interaction & Culture Building

• Coordinate team activities, birthdays, small celebrations, and engagement events.
• Be the friendly go-to person for employee queries, helping foster a positive and fun workplace environment.
• Work closely with team leads to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably with HR automation tools (Keka, Zoho People, BambooHR, etc.).
• Understanding of payroll, attendance, onboarding, leave management, and appraisal systems.
• Comfort with data and analytics (basic or intermediate).
• Good communication & people skills—you enjoy interacting with teams.
• A problem-solving mindset and willingness to improve processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with predictive HR analytics.
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, or HRMS workflows).
