Job Description – Senior HR Executive
The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations within ensuring smooth staffing, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and coordination with clinical and non-clinical teams. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, healthcare HR experience, and the ability to manage a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles (Doctors, Nurses, Front Office, Technicians, etc.).
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and offer rollouts.
- Prepare appointment orders, contracts, and onboarding documents..
2. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
- Monitor attendance, shifts, and leave management.
- Coordinate with accounts/management for monthly payroll inputs.
- Maintain HR audits, employee records, and documentation.
3. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Act as the first point of contact for staff concerns and issues.
- Maintain a healthy and positive work culture.
- Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when needed.
4. Performance Management
- Track performance evaluation cycles for all departments
- Assist management in identifying training needs and corrective actions.
5. Training & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training for upskilling medical and non-medical teams.
- Maintain training calendars and compliance certifications.
6. HR Operations & Administration
- Manage HR communications, circulars, and updates.
- Oversee uniform issue, ID cards, badges, and HR materials.
- Support events, employee engagement programs, and celebrations.
7. Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews, process resignations, and complete F&F formalities.
- Ensure proper handover procedure is followed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration.
- 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Knowledge of labour laws, HRIS, and hospital workflows.
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
