Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive (Generalist) to manage end-to-end onboarding and support HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be process-oriented, and capable of handling employee coordination smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports.

• Coordinate joining and onboarding.
• Generate offer letters, appointment letters, and update HRMS systems for new joiners.
• Maintain personal files of Employees

Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma in Modern Office management/ BBA

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist or Onboarding role.

• Skills Needed
• Good communication skills.
• Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of job portals.

Salary Range:

Based on experience and company norms minimum 18k, Maximum -depends on Interview
