Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for an “HR Executive (HQ Functions)" in Global Human Resources Directorate; Talent, Academy and Experience Department. The position is based in “Altunizade, İstanbul.”


Job Roles Details

  • Provide guidance to Headquarters Directorates in developing workforce plans, ensuring alignment of headcount planning with budget cycles, and collaborating with leaders on effective workforce and talent management processes.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition & Management teams to ensure efficient recruitment processes; support hiring by monitoring open positions end-to-end, ensuring timely follow-up, and providing guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Create and monitor headcount budgets for assigned Headquarters units, track monthly status, and coordinate onboarding activities with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure managers within Headquarters Directorates conduct objective performance evaluations; guide leaders in delivering positive/constructive feedback; coordinate disciplinary and corrective actions for low performance.
  • Manage promotion, assignment, role change, and workplace change processes; provide guidance to employees and leaders; oversee communication of organizational changes; and coordinate.
  • Partner with Talent Management & Learning and Development teams to plan and coordinate training programs aligned with the needs of employees in Headquarters Directorates.
  • Execute offboarding processes in coordination with Legal departments, ensuring compliance with legal requirements; guide employees and managers through exit steps and conduct exit interviews.
  • Manage company-wide internal social clubs (KEAS Social Clubs) by overseeing allocated budgets, ensuring proper execution of planned activities, and coordinating follow-up processes with relevant stakeholders.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP HR.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and follow-up capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong planning and organizational skills.


Experience

  • At least 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner , including a minimum of 2 years in recruitment processes.
