Job Title: HR Executive– HRIS & Reporting

Location : Pune, India

Experience : 1–3 years

Department : Human Resources


Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to support our Human Resources function, with a primary focus on HRIS management , HR reporting , and data reporting . The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of relevant experience and possess excellent communication and coordination skills to support cross-functional teams and HR initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage Darwinbox configuration, workflows, and user access in coordination with the HRIS vendor.
  • Generate and analyse periodic HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave, etc.)
  • Design and maintain interactive HR dashboards for leadership visibility (attrition, headcount, hiring, and engagement metrics).
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across HR systems and processes
  • Prepare Yearly Quarterly and other HR Reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline reporting processes and improve data visibility
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and process automation
  • Support all HR CoEs with data and reporting needs
  • Act as the point of contact for system-related employee queries or issues


Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, specifically handling HRIS systems (preferably Darwinbox) and reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards) and exposure to HR analytics tools
  • Desirable to have an understanding of HR processes and HRIS databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with any major HRIS platform (e.g., Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday)
  • Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools is a plus
