We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive & Operations to manage office operations, including employee records, recruitment activities, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and must have hands-on experience in the following areas:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle HR operations including PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll Input and employee benefits.
- Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and related documentation.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, coordination, and onboarding.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as leave management, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee files.
- Support operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Coordinate with clients for requirements, updates, and smooth communication flow.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, administration, and general office operations.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ERP/ATS knowledge is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
