Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including payroll, onboarding, compliance, and exit formalities.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.).
- Develop and implement employee performance management systems.
- Maintain HRMS data accuracy and generate reports for management review.
- Coordinate employee engagement and retention activities.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (MBA HR preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Proficiency in statutory compliance and HRMS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
