Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including payroll, onboarding, compliance, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.).
  • Develop and implement employee performance management systems.
  • Maintain HRMS data accuracy and generate reports for management review.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and retention activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (MBA HR preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Proficiency in statutory compliance and HRMS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

KRAs:

  • 100% compliance in salary and statutory processes.
  • Timely execution of performance review cycles.
  • Reduction in employee turnover ratio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
