About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and fostering a positive work environment. This role is best suited for individuals who are passionate about people management and eager to build their career in healthcare HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately.
  • Support payroll processing and handle attendance management.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and official communications.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and provide timely support.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 0 to 3 years (freshers with strong interest in healthcare HR may apply).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
