- Manage and maintain statutory compliance for the organization as per labor laws.
- Handle end-to-end processes related to EPFO (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance).
- Ensure timely filing and submission of statutory returns and registers (EPFO, ESIC, LWF, PT, etc.).
- Liaise with government departments for inspections, audits, and compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with payroll for statutory deductions and contributions.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws and ensure timely implementation in the organization.
- Handle DISH (Department of Industrial Safety & Health) related compliance and inspections.
- Support HR team in other compliance-related activities as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of EPFO, ESIC, LWF, PT, DISH, and other labor laws.
- Familiarity with statutory portals and online filing.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external government agencies.
