  • Manage and maintain statutory compliance for the organization as per labor laws.
  • Handle end-to-end processes related to EPFO (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance).
  • Ensure timely filing and submission of statutory returns and registers (EPFO, ESIC, LWF, PT, etc.).
  • Liaise with government departments for inspections, audits, and compliance matters.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with payroll for statutory deductions and contributions.
  • Stay updated with changes in labor laws and ensure timely implementation in the organization.
  • Handle DISH (Department of Industrial Safety & Health) related compliance and inspections.
  • Support HR team in other compliance-related activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR statutory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of EPFO, ESIC, LWF, PT, DISH, and other labor laws.
  • Familiarity with statutory portals and online filing.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external government agencies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
