Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) to manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Structural Engineering Domain (as applicable)
  • Understand job requirements from hiring managers and finalize JD + hiring plan
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage follow-ups
  • Drive offer negotiations, release offer letters, and ensure joining closures
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and generate weekly hiring reports
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer brand communication
  • Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
  • Ensure recruitment process compliance and proper record keeping

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri/Indeed/etc.) and LinkedIn hiring
  • Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously with defined TATs
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations (added advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
