Job Title: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition (Structural Engineering)

Location: [Hospet - Karnataka]

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 1–2 Years in Technical Recruitment (Structural / Civil / EPC / Infrastructure preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment for structural engineering and related technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and evaluating engineering talent within the construction, infrastructure, EPC, or real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including understanding manpower needs, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements for roles such as Structural Engineers, Design Engineers, BIM Modelers, Draftsmen, QA/QC Engineers, and Site Engineers.
  • Source technical candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, and professional engineering networks.
  • Review resumes, evaluate technical fit, and conduct initial HR screening.
  • Schedule technical interviews and ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, databases, and candidate pipelines.
  • Build strong talent pools for future hiring requirements.
  • Support employer branding, onboarding, and documentation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in technical recruitment; preference for candidates experienced in construction / engineering consulting / EPC / infrastructure / bridges / buildings sector.
  • Strong understanding of engineering job functions and role specifications.
  • Excellent networking abilities and familiarity with platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed etc.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
