Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support:

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up communication with candidates.
  • Coordinate with manpower vendors.
  • Support onboarding activities by managing documentation, facilitating induction programs, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

2. Employee Engagement

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (employee engagement activities, event planning like Annual Function, Diwali Party, Birthday Celebration etc.)
  • Gather employee feedback and prepare summary reports to assess the effectiveness of engagement programs.

3. HR Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in HRIS systems and Excel databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly HR dashboards, attendance summaries, and other HR-related reports.

4. Documentation & Filing

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain employee files in both digital and physical formats.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation related to hiring, exits, performance appraisals, and other HR processes.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and integrity of all HR documents.

5. Employee Relations & Grievance Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for routine employee queries and provide appropriate guidance.
  • Document employee grievances and escalate them to the HR Manager for timely resolution.
  • Assist in promoting workplace discipline and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company.

6. General HR Administration

  • Collaborate with internal departments to address HR-related requests and requirements.
  • Monitor stationery & inventory of office and coordinate for the procurement of new stationery & inventory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
