Role Overview

We are seeking a smart and experienced HR Executive with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and the ability to manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee performance tracking and engagement. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident, and possess excellent communication and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the complete Talent Acquisition cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).

· Track and evaluate employee performance and support quarterly review processes.

· Handle HR operations: attendance, documentation, compliance, and employee engagement.

· Assist in implementing HR policies and improving employee experience.

· Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill staffing requirements.

Required Skills

· Strong TA expertise with proven hiring experience.

· Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

· Knowledge of HRMS tools and HR documentation.

· Performance tracking & reporting abilities.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Problem-solving mindset and stakeholder management skills.

Job Summary

Carotechs is hiring an HR Executive with strong experience in Talent Acquisition and HR operations. The candidate should be smart, proactive, and able to manage performance tracking, employee coordination, and hiring activities effectively.

Responsibilities

· Conduct end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).

· Track employee performance and assist with review processes.

· Manage HR operations: attendance, documentation, compliance, and engagement.

· Support HR policies and maintain employee data.

· Coordinate staffing requirements with management.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred).

· 4–5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.

· Experience with HRMS and reporting tools.

· Good communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and work independently.
