Qualification Required: BE/ B Tech, MBA (Human Resource), MSW

Roles & Responsibility:

· Conducting training needs assessments to identify skills gaps.

· Consulting with management and employees to determine training needs.

· Evaluating employee performance and feedback to inform development strategies.

· Aligning training programs with the organization's goals and objectives.

· Designing, developing, and implementing training programs.

· Facilitating professional development sessions and workshops.

· Monitoring and reviewing trainees’ progress and performance.

· Gathering feedback from learners and concerns to improve programs.

· Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and instructors.

· Tracking and reporting on the success of training initiatives.
