Job Purpose

We are looking for an HR Executive who will be primarily responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities and ensuring timely hiring for various positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Use various hiring platforms and channels to attract suitable candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Follow up with selected candidates and support smooth onboarding.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong experience in recruitment (mandatory).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes will be an added advantage.
