About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
HR Generalist
to manage end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on
payroll management
and
talent acquisition
within the digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with
KEKA HRMS
and comfortable handling both strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave management through KEKA HRMS.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing roles – sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.

Maintain and update HR data, employee records, and reports accurately.

Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, exits, documentation, and compliance.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and coordinate internal communications.

Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements are adhered to.
Requirements

2–3 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.

Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR operations.

Hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS (mandatory).

Proven experience in talent acquisition for digital/creative roles.

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
