Led directly by the Founder, Codetta is now strengthening its team and looking for core members who will contribute to its continued growth and expanding client demand.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Generalist who can take ownership of hiring, onboarding and training coordination while helping set up simple HR processes for an early-stage startup.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end hiring for designers, interns, and support roles.
- Manage screening, interviews, and candidate communication.
- Oversee onboarding and maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
- Handle daily HR operations including attendance, leave updates, and basic payroll support.
- Track training progress and help maintain workflow discipline.
- Address employee concerns professionally and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Coordinate closely with the Founder on day-to-day requirements.

Skills Required:
- Strong communication & people-handling skills
- Organized, proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a small startup setup
- HR degree or relevant experience preferred
