About the Role
TPK is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for various positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee queries and escalate concerns when required.
- Maintain a healthy and supportive workplace culture.
3. Attendance, Payroll Support & Compliance
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Support payroll preparation by sharing accurate employee data.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
4. HR Operations & Documentation
- Manage employee personnel files, HR MIS, and database updates.
- Draft HR letters (confirmation, transfer, warnings, etc.).
- Assist in policy implementation and process improvements.
5. Training & Development Support
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Maintain training records and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory basics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/HRIS.
