HR Generalist (Hospitality Industry)

Location: Noida 132,ATS (Head Office)
Experience Required: 1–2 Years

About the Role

TPK is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for various positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Address employee queries and escalate concerns when required.
  • Maintain a healthy and supportive workplace culture.

3. Attendance, Payroll Support & Compliance

  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
  • Support payroll preparation by sharing accurate employee data.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.

4. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Manage employee personnel files, HR MIS, and database updates.
  • Draft HR letters (confirmation, transfer, warnings, etc.).
  • Assist in policy implementation and process improvements.

5. Training & Development Support

  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
  • Maintain training records and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory basics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/HRIS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
