ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, statutory compliance, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR administrative activities. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting engagement initiatives, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless employee experience in a fast-paced IT environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Core HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management (Primary Focus)
Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction, ensuring smooth joining formalities and accurate documentation.
Maintain HRMS data, track attendance and leaves, and ensure employee records are accurate and updated.
Manage personnel files, HR documents, and operational records.
Prepare payroll inputs and process HR letters such as offer, appointment, confirmation, transfer, and disciplinary letters.
Handle employee confirmations, internal movements, and lifecycle updates.
Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports (attendance, headcount, attrition, etc.).
B. Employee Engagement & Employee Relations
Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and internal communication activities.
Assist in grievance redressal and facilitate employee support in coordination with HR leadership.
Assist in coordinating performance management and appraisal cycles.
C. Statutory Compliance & Labour Law Administration
Manage statutory compliance processes, including PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filings, documentation, and audit readiness.
Ensure adherence to Hyderabad/Telangana HR legal requirements.
D. Office Administration & Coordination
Coordinate with vendors and facilities for office administration, events, travel, and other operational needs.
Collaborate with IT/Admin teams for asset allocation, return, and proper inventory tracking.
E. Exit & Offboarding Management
Manage resignation acknowledgements and notice period tracking.
Coordinate exit interviews, ensure recovery of assets, and prepare F&F inputs.
Handle issuance of relieving letters, experience certificates, and related documents.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
4–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles (IT/Tech industry experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and Telangana statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, organisation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
