The HR Head is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Head will play a strategic role in shaping the company’s culture and ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create an effective workforce strategy.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, diversity, and inclusion across the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
  • Develop and manage workforce planning to ensure staffing levels meet organizational needs.
  • Create and maintain an effective employer branding strategy.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Oversee employee relations programs and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement and retention.
  • Address employee concerns, manage conflict resolution, and ensure a supportive work environment.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Performance Management & Development:
  • Lead the development and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Guide leadership in the development of performance goals and employee development plans.
  • Create opportunities for ongoing learning, training, and leadership development.
  • Compliance & Legal:
  • Ensure company adherence to all labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage risk by developing and maintaining effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations in accordance with legal guidelines.
  • Organizational Development:
  • Guide change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of growth or restructuring.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Design and implement organizational development programs to enhance company performance.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:
  • Utilize HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and inform decision-making.
  • Track key HR metrics and develop actionable plans to address gaps or areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for leadership on HR initiatives, performance, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in HR leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior HR position.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day HR operations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
  • Ability to foster a positive work environment and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
