MBA/PGDM in HR from Tier-1/2 B-schools (IIMs, XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCMHRD, SIBM)Technical undergrad (B.Tech/BE) is advantage but not mandatory

Total Experience

10-15 years in HR/Talent Acquisition

Startup Experience

5+ years in tech startups/product companies (50-500 employees scaling)Must have experienced hypergrowth: 50→150+ employees

Leadership Experience

3+ years as HR Head/VP HR/Director HR with team management

Technical Hiring

30+ technical hires (engineering, product, data) with >80% first-year retention Provide company names, roles hired, tenure data

Manager Hiring

15+ manager-level hires with documented success (promotions, tenure, performance)Provide specific examples with outcomes

Fraud Prevention

Specific examples of credential fraud detected and prevented Describe detection methodology and BGV implementation experience

Global Experience

Preferred: Multi-country operations or cross-border hiring experience
