Job Summary:

we is looking for a seasoned HR Head to lead all HR functions, strengthen organizational culture, and drive strategic people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR strategy, policy development, and organizational planning.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
• Ensure statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Lead training, leadership development, and capability-building programs.

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in HR.
• 5–15 years of experience in HR with leadership exposure.
• Strong command over HR laws, systems, and people management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,383.30 - ₹100,000.64 per month
