HR (Human Resources) Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR documentation. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to maintain a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, and selection).
• Conduct new employee onboarding and maintain employee records.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.
• Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and maintain HR MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Address employee relations issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Support management in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR (or as required by your company).
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and employee management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (if any you want to add).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications (optional)

• HR certifications (e.g., Diploma in HRM, SHRM, CHRP).
• Experience in talent management, employee engagement, or payroll handling.

Timing: 10am to 6pm (saurday or sunday off)

Location: DHA Phase 1 lahore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
