Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and passionate HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for recent graduates or final-year students eager to start a career in HR, particularly in the IT industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, coordination)
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases
  • Help with onboarding and documentation of new employees
  • Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities
  • Assist with attendance and leave management
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee data
  • Prepare reports and perform other HR-related administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or currently enrolled)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment
