We are seeking an HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers a great opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical experience across key HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and supporting HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain employee records in MS Excel and physical personnel files.
  • Track employee attendance and leave records accurately.
  • Assist with the offboarding process, including employee clearances.
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Help manage employee confirmations and contract documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
