HR Intern – Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance data, and HR databases.
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Coordinate with different departments to support HR operational needs.
  • Assist in drafting HR-related documents, policies, and reports.
  • Handle day-to-day HR tasks and provide administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, documentation).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
