Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate candidates’ communication and suitability.
  • Support onboarding activities such as document collection, orientation, and induction.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions, internship postings, and offer letters.
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement activities, events, and meetings.
  • Help in conducting HR-related surveys and preparing reports.
  • Support the HR team in daily operational tasks and other assigned projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and employee lifecycle.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior internship experience in HR (optional but preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
