Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate candidates’ communication and suitability.
- Support onboarding activities such as document collection, orientation, and induction.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions, internship postings, and offer letters.
- Coordinate and support employee engagement activities, events, and meetings.
- Help in conducting HR-related surveys and preparing reports.
- Support the HR team in daily operational tasks and other assigned projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and employee lifecycle.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior internship experience in HR (optional but preferred).
